About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Hotel Industry Relationship Strategist to join our team. As an integral part of our growth strategy, this role will focus on cultivating relationships with existing hotel customers and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hotel restaurant customers to understand their goals and identify areas for growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and expand Tock's presence within existing hotel accounts
  • Partner with the Implementation Manager to ensure a smooth transition onto the Tock platform for new hotel restaurant customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to inform product development and improve overall customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of account management/customer service experience with a focus on relationship management
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with hotel restaurants
  • Project management skills, including leading meetings and providing status reports
  • Effective communication and engagement skills, including establishing relationships with all levels of management

  • A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location
