We invite experienced professionals to drive sales initiatives in Portugal. As a strategic National Sales Manager, you will oversee key account managers, enhance B2C hospital business, and manage tender business.

This pivotal role requires:

  • Leading a high-performing sales team of key account managers
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders in B2C retail, hospital business, and tender business
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Necessary qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in oncology, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, or critical care
  • Proven track record in managing and leading successful sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are an advantage

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
