Job Summary
We are looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition
Ensure a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs
Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring process, promoting a workforce that reflects varied perspectives and backgrounds

Requirements
3 years' experience leading complex teams and projects
Project management and agile tools experience
Understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
English proficiency (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

What We Offer
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
