We're looking for a courageous individual who wants to make an impact as a Customer Support Specialist (all genders). The role involves delivering an outstanding customer experience by supporting existing customers with technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics or relevant vocational education, fluency in Swedish or Danish, and English. Other languages like Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus. Prior experience working with customers and/or sales, determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are essential.
