Overview:

Hays Portugal is seeking a part-time Sports Industry Sales Specialist to engage with sports market players who are eager to sell on our platform. The successful candidate will drive growth by recruiting new sellers to our marketplace and work towards metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new sellers to the marketplace
  • Drive growth through effective engagement with existing clients
  • Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • English proficiency (B2+): Strong communication skills in English
  • Autonomous and proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • CRM experience: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is a plus
  • Sports industry experience: Knowledge of the sports sector is a bonus
