About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert for Sports Industry to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our sports industry clients.

Responsibilities

* Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for sports industry customers, providing timely and efficient support through various communication channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and comments in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

* Proficiency in European Portuguese and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral.
* Strong interest in sports and a team player with a positive attitude.
* Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
* Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
* Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required.
