About the Role:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be interacting with gyms and clients on the phone or via email and chat, handling calls and mails regarding payment issues, service issues, cancellations, and other product related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Identify client issues, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and guide customers within time limits. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
You speak and write German at a native level and are fluent in English (B2). Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must. You have good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Experience with Microsoft Office. Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You are professional and thorough.
