About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at Sports & Arts Summer Camps. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues related to payment, service, cancellations, and product inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide solutions and alternatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English (B2) are essential, as well as experience in customer care, preferably in the sports and leisure industry. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.
