About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Czech Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Boardroom Appointments.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Czech (minimum C1) and advanced English knowledge. Prior customer support experience is an advantage but not required. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting mobile devices and assisting customers with account management and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams to escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
Requirements
  • Certified fluency in Czech language (minimum C1) and strong proficiency in English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments is preferred.
