We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Czech Customer Advisor for Nikon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to Nikon products and services.
- Solution Offering: Offer solutions to customers' demands by identifying and troubleshooting available resources, providing effective resolutions to their problems.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Quality and Compliance: Meet and exceed our service quality goals, comply with regulations, and achieve productivity targets.
- Customer Experience: Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
- Teamwork: Be responsible for following the direction of management and providing feedback to contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Czech Language: Native or proficient level of Czech (C2)
- English Language: Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Learning and Development: Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver
- Work Setup: High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
- Citizenship: Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Relocation: Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal
