Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting customers by answering their questions regarding products and services via phone and email. You will need to identify and troubleshoot with the available resources, build meaningful relationships with customers, and meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets. Your daily responsibilities will include offering solutions for customer demands, creating amazing experiences that people value, and being responsible for following the direction of management and providing feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a native or proficient level of Finnish (C2), an advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written, strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, a desire to learn and advance, and high-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work. Additionally, you must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal, and be willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is between €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
