Customer Support Role for Nikon in Lisbon

Come and work with us. Are you a French native or fluent speaker with strong English communication skills? We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our French Customer Support team in Lisbon.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers by answering their questions regarding Nikon products and services via phone and email.
  • Offering solutions for customers' demands by identifying and troubleshooting with the available resources.
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Meeting and exceeding our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
  • Creating amazing experiences that people value and we are proud of.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A native or proficient level of French (C2).
  • An advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver.
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
