Job Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team in Portugal and Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recycling and the circular economy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop prospecting activities to offer waste collection and recovery services to major industrial and commercial clients.
Build and maintain a network of influencers and partners.
Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy in support of the General Manager and with the rest of the sales team.
Prepare commercial offers (quotes, presentations, projects) and coordinate responses to tenders.
Manage the onboarding of qualified new prospects until the contract is finalized.
Oversee new accounts up to the industrial launch phase, with the help of the R&D and technical support teams.
Manage the commercial relationship, track commercial KPIs, update the CRM, and contribute to the monthly sales reporting.
Marketing and Communication (create materials, generate content, produce environmental reports, attend trade shows, etc.).
Monitor legal and regulatory developments (track and ensure compliance with legal formalities, etc.).
Conduct industry and technology watch.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recycling, environment, or industrial sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (business or engineering highly valued).
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Strong interest in recycling and the circular economy.
Autonomous and versatile individual with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach.
Driving license required.
