Job Summary
We are seeking an International Customer Support Engineer to join our European Expertise Center in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our customers and subsidiaries, ensuring the optimal performance of our products and services.
Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to customers and subsidiaries, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Guarantee the availability of Lectra machines installed at customers, ensuring timely and effective support.
Collaborate with the Expertise Center Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Engineering degree in electronics, mechanics, or production.
Experience in electric and electronic applications, troubleshooting, and practical concepts related to manufacturing and productivity.
Proficiency in CAM applications and robotics, software, and hardware.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Portuguese or other European languages.
Experience working in a multicultural and agile environment.
