Job Title: International Customer Support Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled International Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Lectra. As a key member of our European Expertise Center, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and subsidiaries for Lectra Products.

Responsibilities

* Provide remote support to customers to solve issues efficiently and maintain the optimal performance of Lectra equipment.
* Guarantee the availability of Lectra machines installed at customers.
* Collaborate with the Expertise Center Manager to ensure the best performance of Lectra equipment.

Requirements

* Engineering degree in electronics, mechanics, or production.
* Experience in electric and electronic applications, troubleshooting, and good initiative for practical concepts and procedures related to manufacturing and productivity.
* Experience with CAM applications and robotics – software and hardware.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze problems.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese or other European languages is a plus.
