The estimated monthly gross salary for this role is between €950€ - €1,400, depending on experience. This includes options for accommodation reimbursement or free housing.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Customer Experience Specialist to join our international team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via social media
  • Supporting customers by providing product information
  • Processing warranty cases

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A native level of German and a good level of EnglishEnthusiasm about social mediaKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnergetic, innovative and proactive mindset
