We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Customer Experience Specialist for a leading streaming platform. Based in Lisbon, this exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a global entertainment company that is shaping the future of our industry.

About the Role:

As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support via social media, email, chat, and phone. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries related to subscriptions, invoicing, and troubleshooting software functionality. You will also be required to identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide written and verbal support to customers via multiple channels (70% written, 30% verbal)
  • Support customers with subscription-related inquiries, invoicing, and troubleshooting software issues
  • Identify and resolve customer problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive work environment

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly gross salary of €1,100, plus a performance bonus of up to €100 per month, meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday, reimbursement of transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months. If you live outside Portugal, we offer reimbursement of your initial flight ticket up to €400 after six months, plus 12 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.
