Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and data to improve their outcomes and experience. You will deliver added value services, identify new sales opportunities, and create customer success plans that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for customer success, driving solutions that result in better risk management and retention.
- Develop and provide business reviews with C-level executives and management.
- Ensure product ideas and needs are known and articulated to the wider Unit4 business community.
- Qualify and manage customer relationships to maintain ARR, expand the customer footprint, and track realized value.
Requirements:
- Passion for building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to lead through influence and trust.
- Experience in customer-centric roles generating cloud software customer value.
- Technical literacy and familiarity with customer engagement technologies.
