We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Leader to join our team at Adecco Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading critical IT infrastructure and business management functions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all business requirements are effectively translated into IT deliverables.
• Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies to achieve smooth IT operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to IT project delivery and operations.
• Oversee system performance to ensure it meets the needs of users and aligns with business objectives.
• Provide governance, coaching, and support to ensure team engagement and performance within the organization.
Requirements:
• At least 15 years in a Program Management or Leadership role with a strong background in IT infrastructure and delivery.
• Knowledge in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and IT system management is essential.
• Bachelors degree is required, with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level).
