Dutch-Speaking Account Manager In Malaga, Spain

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Dutch-speaking professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools and identifying new opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to grow partner business, margin, and share of wallet
Evaluate reseller interest in Business Unit solutions and define resellers' target of BU Share of wallet, growth rate, and program qualification/certification
Educate partner sales force on Business Unit products and solutions, and drive Value Proposition & Key Selling Points of our solutions
Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
Ensure partners are meeting BU Partner Program Requirements and taking advantage of promotions, events & programs
Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information and ease registration
Work together with partner to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure), and other methods
Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessary
Drive Attach rates with resellers
Requirements
Fluency in English and the language of the target market at a native level
Preferred minimum of two years of related technical sales experience
Experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors being a plus
Familiarity with channel programs
Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal and written), including excellent telephone and presentation abilities
Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and effective time/work prioritization
Demonstrates innovation and sound judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
Capable of establishing an individual course of action to accomplish goals while utilizing appropriate resources
Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office suite
