Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding role involves interacting with clients via phone, chat, email, and social media to address account, technical, and financial concerns. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support through various channels, assisting with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical concerns, serving as a trusted advisor particularly for clients in the sports sector, responding promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback, fostering strong client relationships through clear and effective communication, upholding service excellence while adhering to company policies, and suggesting improvements to enhance processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to clients via various channels.
  • Account Management: Assist with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical concerns.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports sector.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Fluent French (C2 level)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
