About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional - Cyber Security to join our team. As a Sales Professional - Cyber Security, you will be responsible for selling and supporting our complete portfolio, working within the sales team on proposals and pitches for business, and accompanying prospects through the customer journey.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.

  • Responsible for selling and supporting our complete portfolio;
  • Working within the sales team on proposals and pitches for business;
  • Responsible for accompanying prospects through the customer journey;
  • Responsible for designing solutions and creating proposals;
  • Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
  • Identify new business leads/opportunities;
  • Ability to undertake and complete tasks independently.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge in the fields of Information Security and Cyber Security;
  • Previous experience in business development;
  • Basic knowledge in Network and Application Security;
  • Basic knowledge in Incident Response and SOC operations.
