Customer Support Agent Opportunity in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian customer support agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a global leader in the BPO industry, we offer an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in our customer services database.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (C2 Level or Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
  • 20 words per minute typing speed
  • Availability to work rotating shifts
