Norwegian Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian customer support agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a global leader in the BPO industry, we offer an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in our customer services database.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2 Level or Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
- 20 words per minute typing speed
- Availability to work rotating shifts
