The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Support Expert to join our team at Snaphunt. This role will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels.
- Assess and prioritize customer inquiries, providing actionable solutions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices to ensure seamless support experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
The Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar Customer Support role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Fluency in English (B2) and native-level proficiency in Norwegian.
- Experience with BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
