Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to support executive decision-making.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 3 years of senior-level administrative experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and M365 tools.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
