David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a pioneering Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard a multilingual Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal.

Job Summary: We seek an experienced and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a valued member of our global customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients while promoting cruise packages tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide top-notch customer service via inbound calls, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently
  • Sell and promote cruise packages that cater to individual customer requirements
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Offer comprehensive assistance with post-booking management and booking administration
  • Support travel agents in making bookings and ensuring seamless booking management
  • Furnish customers with detailed information on destinations, boats, documentation, pricing, and other related queries

Requirements:


  • Native fluency in German (verbal and written) and proficiency in English (B2 level minimum)
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide accurate information efficiently
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Proficiency in booking systems or travel management tools (considered as an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
