Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Experience Specialist:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the German market, creating exceptional value and resolving issues to deliver a consistent quality of service.
  • Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment related to technical issues (trouble-shooting).
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information from customers and ensuring query resolutions.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, providing high-quality service and recording required data elements in CRM for good follow-up and qualitative support.

Requirements for success in this role:

  • You have native-level German skills and fluency in English.
  • Prior experience of at least 6 months in Technical Support is preferred.
  • You're tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills and an ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
  • You're a team player, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship is required.
