About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts regarding our products and services. As a Pet Customer Experience Specialist, you will resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities according to standard procedure.

A Day in the Life

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific product features
  • Encoding internal databases with information about consumer requests
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders
  • Informing customers about new product features, functionalities, and campaigns
  • FOLLOWING UP with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gathering consumer feedback and completing a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents
  • Treating serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Customer management orientation
  • Familiarity with the Nestlé industry (a plus)
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
