About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts regarding our products and services. As a Pet Customer Experience Specialist, you will resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities according to standard procedure.
A Day in the Life
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific product features
- Encoding internal databases with information about consumer requests
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders
- Informing customers about new product features, functionalities, and campaigns
- FOLLOWING UP with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Gathering consumer feedback and completing a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents
- Treating serious and sensitive consumer contacts following specific guidelines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Customer management orientation
- Familiarity with the Nestlé industry (a plus)
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Attention to detail
