Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you'll also enjoy benefits such as remote work opportunities, full-time contracts, and performance-based bonuses.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Resolving product or service issues through active listening and problem-solving
- Cultivating long-term relationships with customers by offering personalized support and guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in MS Office and have a strong understanding of the pet retail industry. Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
