About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Specialist to join our team at Zendesk, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating SaaS contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring a seamless renewal process and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate future subscription agreements with customers, focusing on reducing current discounts and expanding term lengths
- Properly qualify expansion opportunities to drive business growth
- Identify high-risk customers and partner with the Customer Success and Sales teams to develop save plans
- Provide feedback to the Customer Success and Sales teams on growing customer requirements
- Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities and timely renewals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in renewing and managing customer accounts
- Proficient level of English (another European language is a plus)
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and negotiating SaaS contracts and pricing
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $110,000, depending on location and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and industry standards.
