Renewals Specialist: Unlocking Growth Opportunities

Incognito Software, a global leader in creating software for broadband service providers, seeks a highly skilled Renewals Specialist to join their team. Based in Portugal, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build a faster, more connected future.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong business relationships with customers, providing consultative and proactive processes, and utilizing departmental standard operating procedures to achieve full value renewals on time.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming a trusted advisor for customers, addressing their support needs and fostering a mutually beneficial environment between Incognito and its clients.
- Cultivating an environment of mutual recognition and value between Incognito and our customers.
- Providing competitive renewal quotes through a consultative and proactive process.
- Consulting with internal sales teams to prepare renewal quotes and overcome objections during the renewal process.
- Maintaining and updating reporting systems used for research and providing accurate renewal forecasts.
- Cultivating strong business relationships with customers, Account Executives, and other stakeholders.
- Utilizing departmental standard operating procedures to bring renewal contracts in at full value and on time.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer support, sales-oriented, or renewals environments.
- University/College degree within a related discipline.
- Telecomm industry is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand client needs and focus the content.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM application.
- Strong desire in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a dynamic team who rely on each other to achieve overall corporate goals.
- Goal-oriented, positive, self-starter with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Track record of autonomy, ownership, and execution.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset.
- Ability to work aggressively, be competitive and persuasive, while demonstrating confidence and resilience, and maintaining integrity and credibility.
