About the Role: As a key member of our Renewals team, you will be responsible for driving subscription growth and renewal success for our customers. If you have a passion for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring seamless customer experiences, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to build and execute save plans for at-risk customers.
- Lead future subscription negotiations to reduce current discounts and expand term lengths.
- IDentify high-risk customers and develop strategies to mitigate churn and contraction.
- Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to provide feedback on growing customer requirements.
- Manage renewal processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in renewals and customer account management.
- Excellent phone presence, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and negotiation of SaaS contracts and pricing.
