Customer Success and Partnership Manager

At Meniga, our mission is to empower banks worldwide to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences. As a Customer Success and Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility is to foster long-term relationships with Tier 1 banks, ensuring they maximize value from our software solutions.

Your role involves managing complex customer engagement cycles, from initial onboarding through ongoing account management and renewal. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic partnerships with Tier 1 banking clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction with our software offerings.

  1. Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through adoption, ensuring successful implementation and integration of our platform within the client's operations.

  1. Provide tailored solutions that meet each client's unique requirements, offering guidance on how to maximize the value of our software.

  1. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to craft proposals, respond to RFPs, and drive renewals, ensuring all engagements meet both the client's needs and our business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the software or FinTech industries, particularly in working with Tier 1 banks.

  1. Proven track record of using a consultative approach to drive customer engagement and success, with a focus on long-term retention and satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
