At Phiture, we're seeking a skilled Renewal Account Strategist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in a fast-growing organisation.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus a range of benefits that will make your work-life balance shine. As a Renewal Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for leading future subscription negotiations at the time of renewal, with a focus on reducing current discounts and expanding term lengths. You'll also qualify expansion opportunities, identify customers who are high risk, and partner with our Customer Success and Sales teams to build save plans for at-risk customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in renewing and managing customer accounts, with a proficient level of English (another European language is a plus). They'll possess excellent phone presence, interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills, results-oriented approach, time management skills, and a team player mindset. Experience with Salesforce.com and negotiating SaaS contracts and pricing are highly valued.
