Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Social Media Customer Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience
- Respect established procedures and quality of service agreements, achieving and excelling individual and team targets
- Native level of Turkish and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
- Previous experience in customer service and social media marketing
- Very good communication skills
- Motivated, reliable, and committed in your work
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
- Salary conditions: 1070€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1360€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
