About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Social Media Customer Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience
  • Respect established procedures and quality of service agreements, achieving and excelling individual and team targets
Requirements
  • Native level of Turkish and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
  • Previous experience in customer service and social media marketing
  • Very good communication skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and committed in your work
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism
What We Offer
  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
  • Salary conditions: 1070€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1360€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick-up
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
  • Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
