Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Contact Center team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious company in the banking sector, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing product information and services to customers.
- Working closely with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating records as necessary.
Requirements:
- 12th grade (compulsory).
- Experience in banking (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills.
What We Offer:

- Basic salary (832€) + Food allowance (6€).
- Working hours Monday to Saturday from 09h00 to 18h00.
