We're searching for responsible, motivated, and flexible individuals for the role of Client Experience Specialist with Hebrew and English. This position is fully remote from Bulgaria, and we're looking for someone who can provide a friendly and professional experience to keep customers happy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide information and advice about the company's products and services
• Work with your team to offer help and support
• Resolve customer issues through various communication channels
• Investigate problems and find solutions
• Guide customers through the problem-solving process
• Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions
Requirements:
• Fluent in Hebrew (both written and spoken) with good English skills
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Comfortable using a PC and interested in technology
• Organized and able to manage time well
• Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player
Our client offers:
• Flexible shifts outside regular office hours (Mon-Fri 15:30-9:00h, and 24/7 on weekends)
