Business Development Analyst for RV Sales

Role Overview
Indie Campers is seeking a highly analytical RV Sales Business Development Analyst to drive informed decision-making across sales, marketing, and analytics teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for competitor benchmarking, market data gathering, and developing dynamic pricing models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lead generation and pricing strategies across various channels;
- Benchmark competitor pricing strategies by collecting and analyzing pricing data;
- Perform web scraping of RV listings to gather relevant data;
- Conduct regression analysis to identify key variables influencing RV pricing;
- Develop a dynamic pricing model that adjusts pricing based on market conditions and variables;
- Provide actionable insights through data-driven reports and presentations;
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and pricing efforts;
- Maintain and organize lead generation data, reporting systems, and pricing models;
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize RV pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, business development, or related roles is a strong plus;
- Proficiency in web scraping tools and statistical software for regression analysis will be a plus;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in competitor benchmarking and market analysis;
- Ability to organize and manage large datasets, perform detailed analysis, and draw actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings and recommendations clearly;
- Humble, proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude;
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
