Role Overview

Indie Campers is seeking a highly analytical RV Sales Business Development Analyst to drive informed decision-making across sales, marketing, and analytics teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for competitor benchmarking, market data gathering, and developing dynamic pricing models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation and pricing strategies across various channels;
  • Benchmark competitor pricing strategies by collecting and analyzing pricing data;
  • Perform web scraping of RV listings to gather relevant data;
  • Conduct regression analysis to identify key variables influencing RV pricing;
  • Develop a dynamic pricing model that adjusts pricing based on market conditions and variables;
  • Provide actionable insights through data-driven reports and presentations;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and pricing efforts;
  • Maintain and organize lead generation data, reporting systems, and pricing models;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize RV pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, business development, or related roles is a strong plus;
  • Proficiency in web scraping tools and statistical software for regression analysis will be a plus;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in competitor benchmarking and market analysis;
  • Ability to organize and manage large datasets, perform detailed analysis, and draw actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings and recommendations clearly;
  • Humble, proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving attitude;
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
