We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Agicap. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and relationships.

Company Overview:

Agicap is a fast-growing startup that allows CEOs and Finance teams to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow. With over 7000 customers and revenue growth above 100% YoY for the past 3 years, we are one of the most promising scale-ups in Europe.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (including bonus and benefits)

Job Description:

  • Monitor customer requests through online chat and qualify and prioritize them to ensure efficient handling
  • Support and train various users on our platform
  • Ensure smooth information flow with the rest of the CS team
  • Manage daily relationships with users to turn clients into true ambassadors and reduce churn
  • Contribute to process improvement and organization enrichment
  • Participate in product improvement in collaboration with the Tech and Product teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or BBA in management, finance, audit, or accounting
  • Experience in B2B customer relations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Curiosity and quick learning ability
