Customer Service Expert for Multinational Organisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service via social media platforms.
  • Support customers by offering product information and professional usage consulting.
  • Process warranty cases in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and a good level of English.
  • Enthusiasm about social media and its impact on customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience.

What We Offer:

  • Yearly or 6-month contract, renewable.
  • Full-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project).
  • Competitive salary conditions (€950-€1,000 gross/month or €1,300-€1,400 gross/month, depending on experience).
  • Free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
  • Airport pick up and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
  • Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company.
