Vivino is a leading online wine marketplace and mobile app, driven by a community of millions. We're seeking a skilled French Customer Service Specialist to provide world-class support to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding purchasing and delivery tracking
  • Offering solutions to help customers discover and buy wine in a fun, easy, and effortless way
  • Providing timely follow-up, closure, and feedback to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native or proficient level of French (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
