Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Good knowledge of English (A2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
