Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled professional to manage and maintain the CE Knowledge Database, creating and editing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for users. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Content Management: Maintaining the CE Knowledge Database and creating new content to support business process changes.
- Quality Management: Ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to quality standards.
- Collaboration: Working with various stakeholders to gather and verify content created by other functions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage your time.
- A passion for improving content for our users and driving business success.
