Turkish Customer Service Representative

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Turkish Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Provide support and direction to customers, resolving service issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on our customer services database.
- Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish (Native).
- Work Permit Portugal.
- Citizen UE.
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous experience or contact with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good listening and empathy skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
