Job Overview

We're seeking an analytical, driven Growth Marketing Associate to join our Bloom team. This role will involve supporting the marketing efforts across various channels, including email, direct mail, and webinars, to drive enrollments and achieve ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, using tools like Looker and Google Sheets to inform campaign decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive member enrollments.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to Sword's rigorous standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B2C high-growth startup environment.
  • Expertise in analytical tools, including Looker and Google Sheets.
  • Strategic mindset combined with excellent execution skills and a positive attitude.
