R.Power Sp. Z O.O. is a leading company in the solar energy industry, and we are looking for a skilled Solar Energy Land Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in land development, negotiation, and project feasibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of industrial-scale RES projects as part of the development team.
  • Contact with local authorities and other public bodies.
  • Contact with landowners to negotiate land lease agreements, easements.
  • Verification of project feasibility, including land verification, environmental conditions, and spatial planning.
  • Gathering information and preparing necessary reports.
  • Maintaining good relations with landowners.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in real estate, spatial planning, environmental protection, energy).
  • Experience in a similar position for over 2 years.
  • Practical knowledge of investment process issues in the field of Administrative Law, Construction Law, Energy Law.
  • Practical knowledge of real estate issues.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Readiness for fieldwork.
