Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via multiple channels and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
- Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
- Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of German (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
- At least one year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service.
- Passion for automotive topics and skills in digital tech.
- Able to understand policies, procedures, and warranties, and familiar with market geography.
- Empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills.
- Skill in resolving issues and providing solutions.
