You're invited to be part of a dynamic team in a company that collaborates with renowned global brands. Our Lisbon office is the perfect place to gain international experience and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Senior Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely support to customers through various channels, documenting case information effectively
  • Assisting users with Pre-Sales inquiries, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, or social media
  • Adapting our brand's tone and voice for private and public interactions
  • Elevating customer satisfaction by responding promptly and politely

You'll work in a multicultural environment alongside a diverse team, fostering collaboration and growth.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills
  • An interest in relocating abroad
  • Motivation and commitment to your work
  • No difficulties writing in Dutch
  • A willingness to collaborate with colleagues from various nationalities

Bonus points for those with Sales/Commercial backgrounds or previous experience in Customer Service or credit recovery.

Your Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • A monthly salary of 1100€ gross (14 months) + up to 120€ bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€ per workday + reimbursement of transportation costs + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
  • If you live outside Portugal, we'll reimburse up to 400€ of your initial flight ticket after six months and provide 12 months of accommodation in a shared flat (rental fee applies)
