Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Financial Services Representative to join our European Ship-To-Collect Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting our largest customers with cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving anomalies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the European organization with cash application, invoice disputes, and collections
  • Ensure timely completion of defined processes and procedures
  • Identify and resolve anomalies using judgment based on rules and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in finance (advantageous)
  • Experience with Excel (mandatory)
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a business environment
  • Desired languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level)
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • High degree of customer orientation
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Keen to learn and propose suggestions for improvement
  • Experience working with third-party auditors or customer portals (plus)
  • Experience in an international environment or similar (plus)

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
