Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling property damage claims from customers in a professional and efficient manner.
You will work closely with the customer to understand their issue and provide relevant information to help resolve the claim.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires minimum 1 year experience handling property damage, insurance, and healthcare claims, dispute or conflict resolution.
Prior experience in Airbnb Claims is also desirable.
You must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
About Us:
